
“消除绝对贫困”、实现“零饥饿”是联合国可持续发展目标的首要目标,也是人类共同的愿望。粮食可持续生产是实现粮食安全的基础,是应对气候变化,土地退化等全球挑战的有效手段,也是消除绝对贫困的前提。加强国际合作和信息交流是寻找全球零饥饿目标的重要途径。跟踪贫困的时空变化过程,加强贫困的归因分析,是解决贫困问题的重要手段。当前,对粮食生产可持续性的监测与评估存在着数据鸿沟,对于全球贫困的评估和归因分析欠缺。依托大数据,开展多学科模型交叉融合凝聚多学科数据,是围绕粮食可持续生产、消除绝对贫困形成综合解决方案的重要途径,能够为全球及各级政府提供决策支撑,从而应对全球挑战,从全方位、多领域、多层次保障粮食安全和实现减贫。
